On June 6, 2022 (Monday), under the theme of "Ekisoba and Sobamae: Traditional Taste in a New Form
The new restaurant "荻野屋 弦(Gen)" will open under the elevated railway tracks of JR Kanda Station.
Guests can enjoy soba noodles made with 荻野屋's homemade noodles, a la carte dishes using ingredients from Gunma and Nagano prefectures, and locally brewed sake.
