Ginza's Matsutake Mushroom Kamameshi," which is made with the rich taste of natural matsutake mushrooms from the Ina district of Nagano Prefecture, a favorite autumn delicacy, will be available in stores from September 22 (Saturday) through mid-October on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays only.

Japanese natural matsutake mushrooms are cooked on top of rice and served with slices of beef misuzi steak from Kamishu and slices of matsutake mushrooms cooked in a way that brings out the aroma of matsutake mushrooms, and a special kamameshi container is also used for the dish.
