It's become an annual tradition, 荻野屋's special eel bento!
This year, a chirashi bento featuring a rare part of Jyoshu beef, misuji, along with domestically produced eels!
Colored with a broiled egg, lotus root, and shiitake mushrooms, the flavorful shiso leaf sansho rice is a perfect match.
