The 釜めし is made with ingredients originating from the Hokuriku region. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this product will be donated to the Noto Peninsula Earthquake Recovery Fund to support the recovery from the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.<>We will donate the funds to the Noto region and other areas for reconstruction.
