Cancellation and Quantity Change
- Please contact us by the morning of the day before the date of use for quantity changes.
- Cancellations must be made by the morning of the day before the date of use.
- 50% of the product price will be charged for cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to the date of use.
- 100% of the product price will be charged for any cancellations made on the day of the event.

Other precautions
- Due to the nature of our products, please refrain from returning or exchanging items for any reason attributable to the customer.
- If the product is defective, please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund depending on the situation.

- Please be sure to leave the defective item(s) as is. Failure to do so may result in the item not being eligible for an exchange or refund.
