Starting Wednesday, August 31, 2022, Ginza Kamameshi "Autumn" will be available for a limited time. The rice is cooked with mushrooms and truffles. The main dish features our signature roast beef made from ichibo, a rare meat cut, decorated with seasonal vegetables, and an egg yolk marinated in a special sukiyaki-flavored sauce in the center of the rice. This autumn-only kamameshi is based on the theme of "autumn harvest.
Starting on Monday, August 8, 2022, we will sell "Toge-no-Nameshi Bento" for a limited time only. We hope you will enjoy this seasonal delicacy made from carefully selected high-quality eels. *Sold in limited quantities.
The "Gyunabe Kamameshi" has been on sale since April 2, 2022 (Saturday), and the package will be changed from the current "Shinomori Souji" to "Battousai the Manslayer" on August 1 (Monday), 2022. We sincerely look forward to your continued patronage.

Four types are available: "Battousai the Manslayer," "Ichi Saito," "Sanosuke Sagara," and "Soushi Shinomori.
