The second in the "Ginza no Kamameshi" series!
Ginza no Kamameshi Sho" will be available from April 2 (Mon.) to May 6 (Sun.), 2018 only to celebrate the first anniversary of the opening of GINZA SIX!
The carefully cooked tai-meshi is topped with yuan-yaki (grilled sea bream), shigureni-style Kamishu beef, colorful shrimp, and kinpira (fresh kikurage mushrooms), all of which are special delicacies that are the result of our craftsmen's attention to detail. The Mashiko-yaki bowls are also specially designed.
Sho" (ショウ) means...Blessing. A blessing. Sachi. The name was chosen to commemorate the first anniversary of the company's founding.

In-store sales are available in limited quantities, so advance reservations are recommended.
