峠の釜めし 1,800 yen (tax included)
The familiar ingredients such as shrimp, chicken, and bamboo shoots are retained, but the kamameshi is cooked in a tom yum kung flavor.
We used lemongrass and herbs to express that spiciness and acidity.
Squeeze a lime to give it an even more refreshing and authentic taste.
The accompanying savory dishes are also lemon-infused, giving them an Asian flavor.
Please also take note of the feather-kettle shaped ceramics, which are hard to find these days.
