Starting Wednesday, August 31, 2022, Ginza Kamameshi "Autumn" will be available for a limited time. The rice is cooked with mushrooms and truffles. The main dish features our signature roast beef made from ichibo, a rare meat cut, decorated with seasonal vegetables, and an egg yolk marinated in a special sukiyaki-flavored sauce in the center of the rice. This autumn-only kamameshi is based on the theme of "autumn harvest.
