Starting Wednesday, August 31, 2022, Ginza Kamameshi "Autumn" will be available for a limited time. The rice is cooked with mushrooms and truffles. The main dish features our signature roast beef made from ichibo, a rare meat cut, decorated with seasonal vegetables, and an egg yolk marinated in a special sukiyaki-flavored sauce in the center of the rice. This autumn-only kamameshi is based on the theme of "autumn harvest.
Starting on Monday, August 8, 2022, we will sell "Toge-no-Nameshi Bento" for a limited time only. We hope you will enjoy this seasonal delicacy made from carefully selected high-quality eels. *Sold in limited quantities.
