We will start selling "Kamameshi of domestic eel" made with eel from Miyazaki Prefecture in the style of Hitsumabushi at our stores in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Starting Wednesday, August 31, 2022, Ginza Kamameshi "Autumn" will be available for a limited time. The rice is cooked with mushrooms and truffles. The main dish features our signature roast beef made from ichibo, a rare meat cut, decorated with seasonal vegetables, and an egg yolk marinated in a special sukiyaki-flavored sauce in the center of the rice. This autumn-only kamameshi is based on the theme of "autumn harvest.
Starting on Monday, August 8, 2022, we will sell "Toge-no-Nameshi Bento" for a limited time only. We hope you will enjoy this seasonal delicacy made from carefully selected high-quality eels. *Sold in limited quantities.

Each 峠の釜めし ceramic lid has an illustration of the character burned into it.
Four types are available: "Battousai the Manslayer," "Ichi Saito," "Sanosuke Sagara," and "Soushi Shinomori.
We would like to inform you of the following changes to the "Beef Hot Pot Kamameshi" that has been on sale since April 2, 2022 (Saturday).
Effective July 1 (Fri.), the product packaging will be changed from the current "Saito Ichi" to "Shinomori Souji". We look forward to serving you.
