Rice is a mixture of sea bream and bamboo shoots. The main dish is our signature roast beef from Jyoshu Beef, using a rare part of beef called "ichibo", and decorated with spring vegetables. The well-known Mashiko-yaki pottery is available for a limited time in a pink color reminiscent of cherry blossoms in full bloom.
