Starting Wednesday, August 31, 2022, Ginza Kamameshi "Autumn" will be available for a limited time.
The rice is cooked with mushrooms and truffles. The main dish features our signature roast beef made from ichibo (a rare meat), decorated with seasonal vegetables, and an egg yolk marinated in a special sukiyaki-flavored sauce in the center of the rice. This is an autumn-only kamameshi themed on the theme of "autumn harvest.
